4.Work harder then you did yesterday.
5.Think less.
6. Give more to people.
7. Spend time with your family.
8. Smile more.
9. Stick to:
More VEGETABLES & less meat.
More FRUITS & less sugar.
More WALK & less drive
More SLEEP & less worry
More LAUGHTER & less anger.
